πŸ’’Forecast Submission

The Solex.ai Platform provides the convenient graphical forecasting interface, allowing for both fast forecast submission and precise fine-tuning.

Each cell on the chart represents a combination of the calendar day and the asset's price. The horizontal axis limits the dates available for forecast submission - you can put a value in any cell you see in the chart area. The current asset price in shown with a dotted blue line, while Solex.ai consensus forecast forms a thin black line connecting the green or red coloured cells - that is where the asset price will be according to the community's opinion.

Submitting your forecast is no harder than double-clicking on a cell. Pick a date on the horizontal axis, then decide on a price value for that day, and make a double click in the relevant cell. Depending on the forecast's value relation to the current asset's price, the dot in the forecast's pictogram will be painted green if you expect the price to rise above the today's level, or red if you expect a downward movement.

Each forecast you put on the chart appears in the Forecasting workspace, which provides the possibility of checking and adjusting the forecast's parameters. The value can be fine-tuned using the "+" and "-" buttons, or entered manually into the input field. The date for which you forecast the price can be changed using the calendar icon. Depending on the forecast value, the deviations from the community consensus and current asset's price are calculated and displayed. And last but not the least, the score multiplier is shown - an the higher the number, the greater your reward will be in case you get the prediction right!

Your number of daily forecasts is limited by the allowance, shown in the upper-right window corner at the top of Forecasting workspace. When you are finished fine-tuning all your forecasts, don't forget to hit the Submit button, so the forecasts are recorded and will be scored against the discovered future prices. Remember, you will not be able to change the values after the submission. And the best part - if you are correct in your predictions, you will be rewarded for precision!
