If you are getting an "Entered credentials are not valid" error message while trying to log in, there is a fair chance that you forgot your Solex.ai password. Make sure that you have the access to the email address you have provided during the account registration, and press the "Forgot your password?" link to create a new password to access the Platform.
You will be redirected to the page where you should enter your email and pick a new strong password. Double-check the email address entered as you will need to enter the confirmation code sent to it in the next step.
After entering the code, your password will be changed, and you will be able to log in using the new credentials and submit your forecasts on the Solex.ai Platform!
